Omelette with vegetables

Omelette for breakfast is a classic. There are countless variations on its theme, but the version with vegetables is a perfect example that you can start the day with healthy habits.

To make the dish you need:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 1/2 tomato,
  • 1/3 yellow bell pepper,
  • a handful of fresh spinach (approx. 30 g),
  • 1 teaspoon of chives,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter,
  • seasonings: salt, pepper, basil, chili.

Preparation is extremely quick and easy. In a heated frying pan gently fry diced peppers and spinach, sprinkled with salt, pepper and a pinch of chili. When the vegetables become soft, whisk eggs in a bowl, and then pour the egg mixture over the fried vegetables. When the dough for the omelette is set, put tomato slices on one half, sprinkle them with chives and basil and cover with the other half of the egg mixture. Leave the omelette folded in this way in the pan for a few more minutes, then turn out onto a plate and enjoy.

Pancakes with peanut butter and banana

If the bad weather is affecting your mood, you can always try pancakes, which will be a paradise for the palate

The necessary ingredients are:

  • 2 cups of flour,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1.5 cups of sparkling water,
  • 1.5 cups of milk,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
  • 2 bananas,
  • a few tablespoons of peanut butter.

Start preparation by whisking eggs, add milk and sparkling water. Then add flour, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and pour the batter in such a form in portions on a heated frying pan. Fry until both sides are golden brown. Spread finished pancakes with peanut butter, add sliced bananas, wrap and start the day with a moment of pleasure.

Croutons with ham, zucchini and mozzarella

Casseroles, toasts, croutons are a culinary staple that never gets boring.

The main ingredients are:

  • 3 slabs of your favorite bread,
  • 3 slices of ham of your choice,
  • 1 small zucchini,
  • 1 ball of mozzarella cheese,
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • salt,
  • turmeric.

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. While it’s heating, fry a few slices of salt-dusted zucchini in a pan and slice the mozzarella. Brush each sandwich with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 6 minutes, 3 on each side. After this time, remove the tray from the oven and on each toast put a slice of ham, zucchini and mozzarella. Sprinkle with a pinch of turmeric. Bake until the cheese is melted, and eat immediately.
