There are only a few days left until the start of your vacation, so if you are planning a family trip to the seaside, remember to pack all the essentials. We have prepared for you a list of those that are worth taking with you on such a vacation.

Are you preparing for your vacation and have a problem with packing? It is advisable not to leave it to the last minute and to prepare your luggage beforehand to make sure that everything you need is taken along. When packing your child for a trip, start with the essentials, the things you always take with you when you travel with your child.

Protection from the sun

The temperature is getting hotter, and prolonged exposure to the sun can end up worse than just too strong a tan. That’s why it’s a good idea to remember about proper protection for both adults and children. The basis of a vacation by the sea are creams that soothe irritation after a day in the sun and sunscreen with a high filter. Remember your sunglasses too: it’s a good idea to take along women’s sunglasses, men ‘s sunglasses and children’s sunglasses. And don’t forget hats or head scarves.

A first aid kit is a must

A well-composed first aid kit will allow you to react quickly to minor ailments, should they arise, before you get to the doctor. It should primarily contain medicines that you and your family take on a daily basis, in addition to a set for cuts (plasters, bandages, gauze) and essentials, such as painkillers, diarrhea, etc.

Equipment for the beach

If you are going to the seaside, you will probably spend most of your time on the beach. In this situation, you need to remember the essentials for you and your loved ones. For sure, take towels for sunbathing and for wiping yourself after swimming (quick-drying towels are a very good option) and blankets. It is worth getting a screen, which will be at least a little shield against any wind. The most important thing in a trip with children, however, are toys – take with you the favorite gadgets of the youngest members of the family, as well as those with which they can play on the beach – a beach ball and sand toys. Sleeves and an inflatable wheel are almost always a necessity on such a trip.

All-weather clothing

The weather likes to play tricks, so you need to prepare for every eventuality. So be ready for both hot days and those cool and rainy ones. Remember about T-shirts, shorts, but also sweatshirts. It is also worth stocking up on wellies and rain jackets.

Besides shirts and pants and, of course, underwear, you cannot forget about swimsuits. It’s best to take two for each person so that they can be replaced if necessary. As for shoes, flip-flops or sandals (for the beach) will certainly come in handy, but it’s also a good idea to pack athletic shoes.

Tick and mosquito repellent

You can be almost sure that mosquitoes will welcome you at the seaside. Therefore, it is important not to forget the remedies that will repel them. If you are going on vacation with your pet, also remember something for ticks and tweezers to get rid of the insect if necessary.

Bottle and thermal bag

In hot weather it is important to have something cool to drink with you. A good and practical solution are thermal bottles. On long journeys, whether by car or train, a bag can also be useful to keep the properties of food longer. You can also throw drinks into such a bag.
